Home Offers Plusis a subscription product. Homeowners and agents post a property. Investors can submit offers. Indicative estimates from an investor's buy-box, and partner estimates when a partner is connected, can sit next to an independent market estimate. Nothing here promises a price, a timeline, or a closed sale.
Who pays
Homeowners use the product at no charge. They can post listings, read offers and estimates, message, and accept, counter, or decline. There is no obligation to accept anything.
Agents pay a monthly subscription: $50 for Basic or $75 for Pro. Pro adds a branded client site and open tracking on offer reports the agent sends. Checkout includes a 90-day trial. The first 100 agent subscriptions can be marked as founding pricing and kept on that price while the subscription stays in place.
Investors pay $50 a month. An investor is not billed until a listing matches their buy-box.
That subscription is the fee for using the software. Home Offers Plus does not take a commission on a sale, and it does not take a referral fee. The operator does not take one either. Buyers, sellers, and their own service providers may still have costs of their own, off the platform.
What you are looking at
A number on a listing may be an indicative estimate generated from an investor's saved buy-box. The investor confirms an estimate before it becomes an offer they stand behind. A number may also come back from a partner integration, and only when that integration is actually connected. Any of those figures can change, expire, or depend on conditions. Home Offers Plus is not a party to the sale.

Optional follow-up about a traditional sale
A homeowner can opt in to hear about a traditional listing if cash offers are not the right fit. The product stores that choice and emails a designated contact for the platform. The notice is worded one way when the property's state matches a state configured for that contact, and another way when it does not. Name and email are sent to the person the homeowner accepts, and not before. The homeowner can withdraw an open request. Cash offers on the listing do not depend on this option.
Home Offers Plus does not take a commission or a referral fee for that follow-up.
